Senior Insight & Evaluation OfficersSalary: £32,471 per annum (National Framework) or £38,143 per annum (London Framework if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home. Were now looking for three Senior Insight & Evaluation Officers to join us on a full-time basis for a 23-month fixed-term contract. We are also offering this role as a secondment opportunity.

What you will bringTo be considered as our Senior Insight & Evaluation Officer, you will need:
- Experience of working within the engagement and/or communications field with significant experience in applying this across a range of engagement/communications programmes
- Experience of designing and delivering accessible and meaningful engagement activity with a range of external stakeholders
- Experience of evaluating engagement effectiveness using various methodologies including experience of interpreting evaluation insight from different sources to describe the overall impact of engagement activity
- Experience of engaging with stakeholders and delivering actionable insights
- Effective networking and relationship building skills, with the ability to think creatively to engage stakeholders in our work
What youll be doingAs our Senior Insight & Evaluation Officer, you will develop engagement strategies that will mean we can better engage with our audiences and support health and social care.
Specifically, you will work with individuals across our organisation and stakeholders outside of it to make sure the views and ideas of our audiences inform our decision-making process and support their work.
You will bring people together to drive our actions, helping us to do the right thing at the right time to make an impact on the industry we support. Planning, delivering and evaluating a dynamic portfolio of projects, you will collate and share insights gathered from providers and the public.
Additionally, you will:
- Use evaluations to describe the impact of our engagement and communications
- Showcase how our efforts make a tangible difference
- Work with teams to ensure insights shape campaigns
- Manage budgets and procurement for projects
